P.E

In pe, we have been working on our exsiziers and we a trying to get a stretch and speed up her is what we do each lesson.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Football as a warm-up

  1. Agility and Strength

  2. Weights -10 lifts

  3. stretching 

  4. Sit-ups-25

  5. Push-ups -25

  6. Skipping-30

  7. planks -1:30 min

  8. Running one end to the other-5 times

  9. Lungis-one end to other once

  10. spriting -one end to other twice
