This week in maths I have seen how you can make a graph without numbers.

U can use a whole lot of emojis instead of numbers.

Today in math we worked on how 6 disks can fit in different shapes.

We also did how many sides painted on a rubricks cube  

what have I lernt in maths this week

This week in maths I have leant how to make squares into steps we made blooks to make them up we got up to figure 22 or some think.

Maths 3d

In maths the past 5  weeks we have been learning to make a city with 3d shapes.
 Using grid paper we started drawing plans of where we wanted to put everything in our city. We had 2 pieces of grid paper each.
We then coloured the grids in with felts and crayons.  To show where our buildings were going.
Next we started to cut out 2d shape (nets) then then they turned into 3d (nets) So they started out flat then turned into nets.
We started out as a triangle then it turned into triangle prisim
                               square turned into cube
                                rectangle turned into rectangler prisim
We coloured in the shapes and glued them on our plan. They looked cool and I liked the way they shapes stood up.Then we put all the groups cities together.
I think the city looked good all together and the colours fit well together.
 I have learned how the 2d shapes go into 3d shapes.
I also learned how to work with other people other than the normal people I usually work with.
I would like to  try this experince again but use my time more wisely.

              In maths I have learnt to sort out data into either Numbers or categories.  This is called Numerical data and categorical data

I have also learnt how to use dragon cards and how to compare them using a flow chart  her is ten of the dragon crads I will show you the Boys and Girls

Males are in a different categorical then a Females

And their are different Numerical data and categorical for what it breath and their hire and their how strong they are.
