Carrot Cake Cup Cake
last week in cooking we made carrot cupcakes it was yummy because of the carrot.
Texture-nice and smooth and chewy
Taste- it tastes like a carrot cake because of the carrot and the cinnamon
Smell-you could smell the carrots and a hint of cinnamon
On top of our cupcake, we did not have time to make the cream cheese topping so instead, we add icing sugar
The baking powder and the baking soda are both chemical that ras agents
salt is used as a flavouring in recipes
ingredients
flour
sugar-white
salt
carrots
cinnamon
b.soda
b.powder
oil
egg

Smoothly/milkshake Sensory Evaluation
Last week in cooking we made smoothy, we each had our own task to make a smoothy.
MY group had to make a rainbow one
ingredients we used,
It was slit lumpy but silty thick.
It was strong and fruity.
Smelt fruity
1 pinch of oats
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of yoghurt
2 scoops ice cream
handfull of blueberries
4-5 strawberries
1/4 mango (tined)
1 kiwifruit
Banana breezy
It was thick
yellow
it tastes like banana
smell like banana
Berry blast-strawberry
Flavour Blast of strawberry
smell fruity
flavour- sweet fruity
cracking coconut
Flavour coconut
smell tuns of coconuts
flavour coconut
We had feedback from some of our other teachers - for our one rainbow blend.

Vegetarian Nachos
Last Thursday in cooking we made Vegetarian Nachos. 
In my group we worked on listening it went well we were asking each other and we ask what we want in outs.We also assigned each with some task and we did not say no to it.
